Futurist Cook Book
A modern book setting of a 20s text
The Futurist Cookbook is a 1932 text, created in the Futurist movement. It consists of essays, concoctions and recipes of the future. Many are wild and nearly beyond imagination. Aiming to be as whimsical as the original text, the illustrations, created by Shona O’Bryant, are meant to aid in visualizing what each recipe could look like.
The cover image is a result of the most frequently used ingredients used in the Futurist work book, some being; meat, honey, wine, etc.
